There is another way of playing Diablo 3, without using left mouse click (the auto-attack, primary attack). The issue is that this trick only works for melee classes (barbarians and monks) as the ranged classes will require more movement and kiting.
All you need is a weight like I used a network UTP pliers that will sit on the Space keyboard key. The space key will be assigned for auto-attacking instead of the left mouse click (default settings).
Notice how my skills are assigned for buttons and mouse clicks. Frenzy is the primary attack (auto-attack)
What you can’t do if you use the Space key?
Your character will run all the time as the primary attack is pressed all the time, you will have a hard time picking items but is doable, also entering new zones using portal entrances, you can’t really use your inventory and teleport to the city. You can however take off the weight from the Space key and do all these things and then put it back.
By using this trick you will only have to move the mouse in order to direct your character, you can also use the other abilities by simple clicks, right click, scroll up, down, scroll click, etc. You can also select which mob you want to nuke even though auto-attack is always on.
I’ve played this way even in Inferno, all acts and it worked like a dream.
