The answer to the question, how to quit caffeine is simple. Drink natural juice instead.

There are a lot of videos on YouTube that are explaining how beneficial are natural juices.

In a few words, you will certainly not feel the need of caffeine anymore as you will have even more energy.

What you need to make the juice? You need a juice maker, you can get one for 50-100 euro, depending on the quality of the product and brand. Don’t get a cheap one as these things can break easily.

If you drink one or two glasses of natural juice, you will have enough energy for a day and you will stop thinking about caffeine.

You can juice a large variety of fruits, oranges, apples, grapes, lemons or vegetables like carrots, spinach etc.

Be careful how you drink the juice. It is highly recommended to drink it right away after it comes from the juice maker as some valuable enzymes and cells will evaporate quickly after getting in contact with the air.

If you plan to store the juice, if you make it today, you should drink it all until tomorrow evening for example. Don’t leave it stored for more than 24 hours.

Some fruits will deteriorate faster like carrots or apples. To make the juice last longer, the trick is to add half or one lemon.

How long natural juice lasts?

No more than 34 hours, that means a day and a half.

If you store apple juice and is turning brown, it is the effect of the juice getting in contact with the air. If you mix fruits and vegetables, some certain vegetables or fruits will deteriorate the others faster.

You can even skip a meal after a cup of natural juice so you will also lose some weight.
