This is the second day since the Diablo 3 servers are experiencing issues, yesterday, the players were not able to login for around eight hours, getting “error 37″. Today, we get stuck at “retrieving hero list” and right now, the same error 37.
And all this, without a single blue post from Blizzard on the official website or forums.
This is really frustrating since players really want to enjoy the game without these issues, Diablo 3 should not experience maintenance times.
And two weeks, around 15 days since the release should be enough for Blizzard to fix these issues.
Those who are still defending Blizzard, saying that these issues could happen and players could wait, they should understand that customers paid money for this game and they expect to play it without these issues.
Those requesting a single player mode for when the servers are offline can be sure that Blizzard will not release a mode for this because some security aspects.
Even if the Europe servers are offline, we can still play on “The Americas” servers, we can select this region from options, create a new character there and play. The login details are working fine even if we have an European Diablo 3 account.
