Diablo 3 seems to be more than a single player experience where after you finish all the acts on normal, the game is over. The game is one of the best RPGs I’ve seen in the last years regarding character development, theorycraft and why not, a real challenge.

Auction house is another reason why most of the players are trying to get as far as they can on higher difficulty modes, nightmare, hell and inferno. Selling stuff and playing auction house can be fun.

Barbarian hell, hardcore skills, runes, tips.

It is true that some barbarians managed to finish, solo hell and inferno as 2 handed, offensive skills, but seems that the only way to go is with a 1 handed weapon and a shield, full tanking mode, all abilities for self-healing and tanking. You can take all defensive skills and not use the ultimate spell (Call of the ancients, Wrath of the berserker, etc.), you will see how.

This is the best spec, skills, runes for a full turtle barbarian. With enough HP, you can tank a lot of things.

Furious charge with ultimate rune, you will heal when you damage enemies, Revenge with the ultimate rune, the ability will proc more often, Leap will give you more armor for 4 seconds, Ignore Pain, you can use the rune that will also give Ignore Pain to your allies or the one that makes it last longer for soloing.
Warcry, more HP and regeneration, Frenzy for a basic damage.

Passive skills, Inspiring Presence for regeneration, Nerves of Steel and Tough as Nails for armor.

It is very important to play auction house and buy items as farming is boring and some items have 1-2% drop chance. You can buy a legendary item even for 50.000 gold or less.

How to assign and config abilities as you like, for example remove the secondary attack skill, have 2 “Might” skills or even more?

Go to options, gameplay, see the last option, “Elective Mode”, select it. Check your skills again, you can see that you can config your skills as you please. You can use for example only defensive skills or only offensive skills.

To protect your wrist, you can even keybind the left mouse click (using “Elective Mode”) on the space keyboard key. It will feel weird but is a great thing to do if your wrist hurts from long Diablo 3 sessions.

Last tip for barbarian on hell, preparing for inferno. Buy from Auction House items with fire resist, poison resist, arcane resist etc. Some champions will use these elemental attacks and you won’t survive not even five seconds. Gear up and try again.
